Terms Of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms: By downloading, installing, or using FoxFund, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. You also acknowledge that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and that any information you provide is accurate.

2. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time for various reasons, including to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. When changes are made, we will notify you through the app or by other means. Continuing to use FoxFund after these updates means you accept the revised Terms.

3. User Accounts:

  • Eligibility: To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.
  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that harms the community or platform.

4. Use of the App: FoxFund is designed for educational purposes, helping families manage financial education. You agree to use the app in accordance with these Terms and not for any illegal activities. This includes:

  • App Functionality: Features such as task management, rewards, savings and learning courses are provided to assist parents and children in financial literacy.
  • Prohibited Behavior: Engaging in fraudulent activities, distributing harmful content, or attempting to reverse-engineer our software is strictly forbidden.

5. Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and share your data.

6. Subscriptions & Payments: As of now the use of the app is completely free of charge. However, this may be subject to change in accordance with the second section of this document.

7. Intellectual Property:

  • Ownership: All content, design, logos, and software on FoxFund are our intellectual property or that of our licensors.
  • License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FoxFund for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use may result in account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability: FoxFund is provided 'as is', without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.

9. User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, but you grant FoxFund a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app. You agree not to post anything unlawful, inappropriate, or harmful.

10. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to FoxFund at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the platform, or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the Tbilisi City Court.
